As part of our commitment to continually improve the quality of samples for molecular diagnostic testing, we wish to notify all PreAnalytiX® customers using the PAXgene Blood RNA Kit (IVD) on the QIAGEN QIAcube instrument of a change in protocol. This protocol update is for users of the standard QIAcube instrument (cat. no. 9001292 [110 V], cat. no. 9001293 [230 V]).

Updating the existing version of the PAXgene Blood RNA Kit (IVD) protocol that is being used on installed QIAcube instruments further optimizes product performance within the established, verified and validated product claims. For all existing and new QIAcube installations, please take the following actions to download and install the revised protocol:

1. Log in to the QIAGEN website at https://login.qiagen.com/login
2. Download the PAXgene Blood RNA Kit IVD Protocol Version 4 from the following page: www.qiagen.com/new-pax-protocol
